By using Camp Memories, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
Camp Memories is provided for personal camping journaling, trip organization, and memory keeping. You are responsible for the information you add to the app and for using the app in a lawful manner.
Local and iCloud Data
Camp Memories is local-first. Your data is stored on your device and may sync through your personal iCloud account if iCloud sync is enabled. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, iCloud settings, accidental deletion, or other circumstances outside our control.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If Camp Memories offers subscriptions or paid features, payment will be charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Any free trial, promotional offer, or subscription pricing will be shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm your purchase.
Apple Standard EULA
Unless otherwise stated, use of Camp Memories is also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement for apps available on the App Store.
No Warranty
Camp Memories is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will always be available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camp Memories and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
